Fish Creek & Rollins Pond Campground

Upper Saranac Marina (formally known as Hikock’s Boat Livery) is conveniently located right next to the Fish Creek and Rollins Pond Campgrounds in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. The entrance to the campgrounds is across the street from the marina. Fish Creek Campground is across from our docks making it very easily accessible by boat from the marina.

These popular campgrounds offer excellent boating and recreational opportunities. A short boat ride will bring you into Upper Saranac Lake which offers miles of boating, gorgeous scenic vistas, and some of the best sportfishing in the Adirondacks. You’ll find excellent largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and northern pike fishing along the 37 miles of shoreline on the lake. Lake trout, rainbow trout, and brown trout can be found in the deep waters of the lake during the summer months. And if you are looking for panfish, you’ll find plenty of pumpkinseed and yellow perch, great for the kids and excellent over a campfire. Upper Saranac Lake isn’t just about fishing, there are plenty of wild and secluded bays to explore by canoe or kayak.

The big waters of Upper Saranac Lake aren’t the only ones to explore in the area. There are excellent flat water paddling opportunities on Rollins Pond, Floodwood Pond, Follensby Clear Pond, and many others. All of these are accessible from Fish Creek or Rollins Pond. You’ll find amazing Adirondack views and great fishing opportunities on these ponds as well. For those that are really adventurous, the St. Regis Canoe Area is just to the north. This area is a paradise for those seeking quiet waters and the amazing Adirondack views.
